Is the TikTok Creator Rewards Program available in Poland?

No. Poland is not on the eligible list, and TikTok has not announced a date for adding it. The program runs in eight countries in 2026, and a Polish account cannot join.

Here is the whole list: the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Brazil and Mexico. Nothing else.

Country is only the first gate. If you are inside the eight, you also need 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days. You have to be 18 or older, and the account has to be a personal one rather than a business account.

TikTok goes by the country your account is registered and based in, not by where you happen to be standing when you post. A two-week trip to Berlin changes nothing.

So a creator in Poland with half a million followers is still locked out. Size does not fix a country problem, and there is no way to grow past it.

Why is Germany eligible when Poland is not?

TikTok has not published a reason. Poland and Germany share a border and both sit inside the EU, but TikTok opens payout markets one country at a time and does not explain the order.

Be careful with anyone who claims to know the real answer. TikTok's public announcements say where a product is going live. They do not say who was left out, or when that might change.

One thing we can check is timing. TikTok's newsroom announced on 28 May 2026 that TikTok Shop would reach Poland on 15 June, joining markets where it was already running, Germany among them. So Poland is a newer commercial market for TikTok than Germany is.

That is a pattern rather than a promise. It suggests TikTok builds its paying products in its older markets first. It does not mean Creator Rewards is arriving in Poland next.

The EU angle does not rescue Poland either. Creator Rewards is not an EU-wide product. Out of the whole union, only France and Germany are on the list, so sharing a single market with them is clearly not the deciding factor.

If Poland is ever added, the announcement will come from TikTok's own newsroom, the same place the TikTok Shop launch was announced. Until something appears there, treat every other claim as unconfirmed.

Do views from Poland count as qualified views?

No. Views from Poland are not qualified views, so they pay nothing. Only views from the eight eligible countries can earn money under Creator Rewards.

Country is not the whole definition, though. For a view to be a qualified view, the video has to be one minute or longer, and the viewer has to watch for five seconds or more. Views that someone marks "not interested" do not count either, and repeat views from the same account only count once. So a US view on a 30-second video earns nothing at all. That makes two gates, not one. Joining the program and getting paid are separate things, because being accepted does not mean all of your views start earning.

Picture a Polish creator who moves to Germany and finally qualifies. Their audience is still mostly back home, so those Polish views count for zero. Only views from the eight countries pay.

Creator-reported figures put US payouts at roughly $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. TikTok does not publish a rate for any country, so read that as a US ballpark and nothing more. Either way, a million views from Poland pays $0.

The number that matters is not your total view count. It is the share of your views that arrives from those eight countries, on videos over a minute long. Open the audience breakdown in TikTok Studio and look at the country split, because that percentage is the real ceiling on any Creator Rewards income.

It is also why an audience built in Poland is hard to turn into Creator Rewards money, even after somebody moves abroad.

What can a creator in Poland actually earn from?

Quite a lot, just not Creator Rewards. TikTok Shop reached Poland on 15 June 2026, so creators there can sell inside the app.

TikTok's newsroom set out the date. Poland opened alongside Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, joining France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the UK. The same announcement says approved creators across the EU can promote products and earn commission on them.

That matters more than it first sounds. Commission is not paid per view, so the viewer's country is not the gate. What counts is whether somebody buys the product you featured.

The audience is there. TikTok's Polish newsroom post says more than 14.2 million people in Poland use TikTok. DataReportal's Digital 2026 Poland report put TikTok's adult advertising reach at 12.4 million people aged 18 and over in late 2025, or 39.8% of Polish adults, up 1.28 million or 11.5% on the year before. The two numbers count different things: TikTok's figure covers everyone who visits, while DataReportal measures the adult audience an advertiser can reach.

LIVE Gifts are harder to pin down. TikTok's LIVE monetization page says creators must be at least 18 and keep an account in good standing, and that creators typically need to live somewhere the feature is offered. TikTok does not publish a country list for it, so check inside the app rather than trusting a blog post.

Brand deals are the other route, and they never depended on TikTok's country list, because the brand pays you directly. The same goes for selling your own product or service to the audience you already have.

Is TikTok itself under pressure in Poland?

TikTok is not banned in Poland and works normally there. It is under scrutiny from both Warsaw and Brussels, though, and that is worth knowing before you build an income on it.

In late December 2025, Poland's deputy digital affairs minister, Dariusz Standerski, wrote to the European Commission asking it to open proceedings against TikTok under the Digital Services Act. The trigger was a wave of AI-made videos pushing a Polish exit from the EU. The account behind them was taken down after complaints from users.

Brussels reacted quickly. Heise reported on 3 January 2026 that the Commission was in close contact with Polish authorities and was assessing whether TikTok had met its obligations under that law. As of that report, no proceedings had been opened over these videos.

There is a second thread at home. Notes From Poland reported that the same minister wants age checks that would keep younger teenagers off social media, using Poland's digital identity wallet to confirm somebody is old enough. None of that is law yet.

None of this stops you posting today, and none of it is connected to the Creator Rewards decision. It is background, not a blocker.

How do creators in Poland get into Creator Rewards?

There are two routes and neither one is clean. You either move to an eligible country for real, or you use an account that is already based inside one.

Moving works because eligibility follows the country your account is registered and based in. Germany is the nearest option for most Poles. This is a life decision rather than a growth hack, so treat it that way.

A VPN is not a substitute for living there. Misrepresenting the country your account is based in breaks TikTok's terms of service, and TikTok can act on the account.

The second route is buying an account that is already US-based and already monetized. It is fast. It also breaks TikTok's terms of service, which is a platform rule, and TikTok can act on it, so the risk sits with the buyer.
