What Should You Check Before Buying From Anyone?

Are Monetized Accounts for Sale the Same as Aged or Primed Ones?

No, and the difference is exactly what you are paying for. A monetized account has already passed the platform's payout gate and can earn now. A primed account is aged and has followers but has not passed the gate. An aged account has age and clean history only, with no audience at all.
