Look for an email titled "[Example] has invited you to own…"
The invite is sent from: google-my-business-noreply@google.com
Can't find it?
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
- Use Gmail's search bar and type:
google-my-business-noreply@google.com
⚠️ Still can't find the invite?
While signed into the correct Gmail account, go to:
myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts- Look for a section called Pending Invites.
- Click the invite and follow the steps to accept ownership.

support@monetizednow.comAccept the Invite
Open the invite email and click the button that says "Accept Invitation"
On the next screen, click "Accept" again to confirm.
You are now added as an Owner of the YouTube channel.
Access Your Channel
Go to youtube.com and log in using the same email address you gave us for the transfer.
Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right corner.
From the dropdown, select "Switch Account" and choose the YouTube channel you've just been added to.
You're now inside the channel dashboard — ready to start posting, customizing, or managing content.
Become the Primary Owner
After 7 days of accepting the ownership invite, our team will automatically remove their access and make you the Primary Owner of the channel.
If you'd like to do this yourself, after 7 days of accepting the owner invite, head to "Manage Permissions" in your channel settings, promote yourself to Primary Owner, and then remove our account.
!Important
Do not make yourself a Manager — you must remain as an Owner for 7 full days before you are able to become the Primary Owner of the channel.
Add Your AdSense Account
Monetized channels only. This step applies if you bought a Monetized YouTube Channel. Pre-Grown and Aged channels aren't in the YouTube Partner Program yet, so there's no AdSense account to change — skip this step.
Your channel arrives with monetization already active, which means an AdSense account is currently attached to it. To get paid, you need to swap that over to your own AdSense account.
How to change it
- Go to YouTube Studio and make sure you're switched into your new channel.
- In the left menu, select Earn
- Find YouTube Partner Program Options — it shows the AdSense account currently linked to the channel.
- Click Change. You'll be sent to AdSense and asked to re-enter your password.
- Sign in with the Google account that holds your AdSense account — or create one if you don't have one yet.
- Check that your channel appears under "Your website", then click Accept association
Already have an AdSense account? Use it. Google only allows one AdSense account per person — opening a second one can get both disapproved. One account can run as many channels as you like.
Some channels have a short wait first
- YouTube only lets the linked AdSense account be changed once every 32 days. If the Change button won't let you through yet, that's why — wait it out and try again.
- Linking an existing AdSense account usually takes a few minutes. Creating a brand new one can take several days to get approved.
- It can take up to 24 hours for the new association to show up everywhere.
!Do this within 14 days
Don't sit on this one. A channel without an active, approved AdSense account linked to it has its monetization paused by YouTube, and Google deactivates AdSense accounts that are left without completed setup or activity. Leave it long enough and you risk the channel being flagged for an inactive AdSense association and losing its monetization.
We strongly recommend completing this within 14 days of receiving your channel. If you're creating a new AdSense account, start it straight away.
