Is G2G legit?

Yes. G2G is a real marketplace run by a registered company, with a public rulebook and tens of thousands of reviews. The scam label does not fit.

G2G's own footer calls it "a comprehensive online marketplace for all things gaming-related." It also hosts sellers of social media accounts. On 14 September 2026, its TikTok accounts category listed 337 offers from 120 sellers.

Buyers mostly like it. G2G scores 3.9 out of 5 from 57,754 reviews on Trustpilot (checked 14 September 2026). On that page, 84% of reviews give five stars and 11% give one star. G2G has claimed the profile and has replied to 99% of negative reviews.

Trustpilot's AI summary of 6,691 recent reviews praises fast deals and helpful staff. It also flags unresponsive sellers and unreliable account credentials. Scamadviser rates g2g.com "Very Likely Safe", citing a Tranco popularity rank of 50.

So the platform passes the test. The open question is each seller, because those reviews cover the whole site, not TikTok orders alone. G2G gives you a real tool for that: your money stays locked while you check what you bought.

Who runs G2G?

A Singapore company runs G2G. The G2G terms of service name GAMER2GAMER GLOBAL Pte. Ltd., company number 201537924K, with an office at 50 Tagore Lane in Singapore.

The record is public. Singapore company data shows the firm was incorporated on 16 October 2015 and is still a live company. Its parent group, Hydron Holdings, says G2G launched in 2016.

The user agreement runs under Singapore law, with Singapore courts. Payments go through a partner licensed under Singapore's Payment Services Act 2019. The agreement was last updated on 8 January 2026.

One detail can confuse buyers. G2G's Trustpilot profile gives Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as its contact address. The same agreement names a Malaysian affiliate, Gamer2Gamer Sdn Bhd, which has managed G2G Store Credit since 1 June 2024.

Few account boards name their owner this clearly. You know which company holds your money and which law applies if a dispute goes further.

How does G2G GamerProtect work for accounts?

GamerProtect is G2G's escrow. G2G holds your payment until you confirm the order, and account orders then carry 14 days of cover.

G2G is candid about the limits. Its GamerProtect explainer calls it "an escrow system" and says "It's NOT a product guarantee." Sellers, it says, "remain fully responsible" for the products they list.

The buyer side of GamerProtect covers two cases. Either the order never arrived, or it does not match its description. It excludes buyer's remorse, deals made outside G2G, and any order you have already confirmed.

Two clocks run on every account order. G2G's refund policy says that if you raise no claim within 72 hours of delivery, you are deemed to have accepted the goods. Account orders then get 14 calendar days of insurance from confirmation. When that ends, the buyer "shall assume full responsibility" and gets no refunds, returns or replacements. The TikTok offer pages we loaded carry a badge that reads "Insured for 14 days from delivery."

Sellers wait on the same clock. The payout schedule releases account sales to sellers after 14 days. Other products pay out in 15 minutes to 24 hours. If you never press confirm, the order completes by itself three days after full delivery.

Sellers must also back up every delivery. G2G's account delivery proof rules ask for screenshots of the login email and password sent to the buyer. Proof that is missing from the order page counts as not submitted, and that can sway how a dispute is decided.

To raise a problem, press Report on the order. The seller gets 48 hours to answer, and then you can escalate to G2G. The dispute guide warns that a case closes itself if you miss either 48-hour step.

Used well, this is a genuine lever. Check the account inside those first 72 hours, and the seller's money still waits with G2G for two weeks.

What does G2G charge buyers and sellers?

Buyers pay an order handling fee at checkout. Sellers pay a commission on each sale, and listing is free.

G2G's handling fee page calls it "a nominal order handling fee" that helps pay for running its systems. It gives no rate. It does say the fee is non-refundable once an order is verified. G2G's refund and cancellation terms add that the final amount, fees and taxes included, shows before you pay.

Sellers pay more to sell accounts than most other goods. The commission table charges a new seller 12.99% on account services, down to 7.99% at the top rank. Other services start at 9.99%. A third column, headed Software & Apps AI Tools Accounts, starts at 19.99%. The table does not name TikTok.

Seller rank is about sales volume. G2G's seller rank guide sets the top Legendary rank at 20,000 US dollars in monthly sales, and the entry rank at under 300. Verified sellers upload a photo ID, and only sellers rated above 90% can move up a rank.

Refunds, when granted, go where you choose. Outside Singapore, you can take G2G Store Credit, which arrives at once, or your original payment method. Banks can take up to 14 days to post it.

What you can count on here is simple. You see the full price before you pay, and a winning claim comes back by the route you pick.

What does a TikTok account listing on G2G show?

A G2G listing shows the seller, not the account. You see a seller name, level, rating, sold count, stock, delivery time and price, plus a free-text description.

G2G's TikTok shelf sorts offers into 18 product types. They run from new accounts, starting at 0.17 US dollars, to follower tiers from 100 up to 200,000. The 10,000-follower type started at 49.99 US dollars, and the 100,000-follower type at 224.20.

Each product type holds many sellers offering the same thing. On 14 September 2026, the 10,000-follower offer page had 25 sellers. On its first page of 20, nine offers showed 0 sold. Three listed stock of 999.9M, 1000M and 2147.4M accounts, and most promised delivery in 10 minutes.

That tells you what kind of shelf this is. Offers work like stock lines. G2G's seller rules tell sellers to keep stock levels accurate and descriptions truthful. The seller still types that stock figure, the delivery time and every word of the description.

Seller badges can mislead, too. One 10,000-follower offer promises "Creator Rewards Program Active" and "Fully approved for monetization." Its seller badge read 1.9k completed orders and Epic Seller. The offer itself showed 1 sold and 1 review.

The ratings themselves are fairly sturdy. G2G's guide to user ratings lets a buyer edit a rating once within 30 days, and then it is permanent. G2G Support does not change or remove ratings. Sellers may not make a refund depend on a buyer changing a review.

So read the offer, not the badge. Check the offer's own sold count and reviews. Ask for the exact handle in G2G chat, since those same seller rules keep all messages inside that chat.

What is inside a TikTok Shop Account (US) listing?

Not always a TikTok Shop. The title is a shared product type that every seller in the group uses, and the seller's description is what you actually receive.

On 14 September 2026, the TikTok Shop Account (US) page had 19 sellers. Its first offer showed 1,388 sold and 96.25% from 320 reviews. The description reads "NEW USA TIKTOK ACCOUNT NO FOLLOWERS" and ends "AFFILIATE PROGRAM NOT ACTIVE."

Prices point the same way. On the category page, TikTok Shop Account (US) offers started at 1.00 US dollar with 1,887 sold. The UK version started at 0.25 with 667 sold. At those prices, read the description before the title.

A second offer in the same group opens with the line "NO TIK TOK SHOP INCLUDED!!". It adds that its accounts "are registered automatically."

A third seller notes in its offer that TikTok Shop selling requires identity verification. It adds that if the Shop application is turned down after delivery, "we will not be responsible."

Each seller did state what they sell, in the description rather than the title. GamerProtect covers orders that do not match their description, so that description is your contract. Save a screenshot before you pay, and your proof is ready if you need it.

How is buying a TikTok account different from buying game gold?

Game gold is finished once it lands in your game. A TikTok account is finished only when every login and recovery detail belongs to you, and that step depends on the seller.

Most of G2G's account rules are written for games. Its game account service rules give handover steps for League of Legends, PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty, Genshin Impact and Clash of Clans. They also require sellers to hold "full original access and recovery information" and to "fully transfer account ownership." That includes switching the login details over to yours.

TikTok sits in a different part of the site. G2G's menu files Live Streaming & Social, home of the TikTok shelf, under Software & Apps. G2G's software and app account rules were updated on 11 September 2026. They say descriptions must be the seller's own and match the item. Sellers must hand over current login details, and permanent access carries at least 14 days of insurance. A help center search for "tiktok" returned no results on 14 September 2026.

The delivery proof rules set a clear bar for game accounts. Any linked phone number or social media account must be unbound before delivery. The account email must also be changeable to your own. That is a fair bar to set with a TikTok seller in chat before you pay.

The gap is checking. G2G's terms say it "is not obliged to conduct pre-screening on users." They say G2G has no control over "the truth or accuracy of the listings." They also cap G2G's liability at SGD 30 or the fees you paid, whichever is lower.

That puts the weight on your first 72 hours. Change the email, password and phone number the day the account arrives, before you press confirm. Save proof of each change. Once the recovery details are yours, the account answers to you alone.
