Is Sebuda Legit? A Close Look at sebuda.com

Updated 2026-09-14

Short answer

Yes, Sebuda is a real marketplace run by Dutch company Sebuda B.V., but its rules give you just 1 hour to inspect an account you buy. Sellers list Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Telegram accounts at their own prices. You pay Sebuda in USDT, USDC or by bank transfer, and staff hold the money while the logins change hands. Sellers pay a 5% commission with a $10 minimum. Its payment guide also lists a 9% "tax" on crypto and 21% on bank payments. Refund requests are normally refused once you change the account. Trustpilot has removed Sebuda's profile, saying the business goes against its guidelines. The domain dates from March 2021.

Is Sebuda legit?

Yes. Sebuda is a real, working marketplace, and a Dutch company called Sebuda B.V. stands behind it. Its web address was first registered in March 2021.

Real does not mean well protected. Its transaction rules give you one hour, by default, to inspect an account once you can log in. Change a password before you report a problem, and a refund is normally off the table. On top of that, Trustpilot has removed its profile from public view.

A quick note on where we stand. MonetizedNow is a store that sells TikTok and YouTube accounts as well, which makes Sebuda a rival. Each claim below links to the page it came from, and every page was checked on 14 September 2026.

Sebuda does several things well. Deals must run through Sebuda's own checkout, so your money goes to Sebuda rather than to a stranger. Sellers must prove they control an account before it goes live. Its rules are long, public and dated, so you can read each clause first. What you can count on here is a named company, a written rulebook and a middleman holding the money.

Who runs Sebuda?

Sebuda B.V., a Dutch company based in The Hague, runs Sebuda. The site's about page names the firm. It also says, "Recently our headquarters moved from USA to Netherland."

The contact page lists an office at Zuid-Hollandlaan 7 in The Hague, a Dutch phone number and admin@sebuda.com. North Data's company record lists Sebuda B.V. under Dutch chamber of commerce (KvK) number 95490469 at that address. It also shows a second address in Haarlem. The stated purpose is "Operating an online marketplace in the field of digital assets and social media."

The web address has its own paper trail. Scamadviser's WHOIS data shows sebuda.com was registered on 18 March 2021. The owner's name sits behind a paid privacy service. Scamadviser notes that some owners do this to dodge spam. The same North Data record logs a "SeBuDA" trademark entry dated 13 January 2026.

The terms of service are dated 11 August 2026 and run under Dutch law. Disputes go to Dutch courts, though consumers keep any legal right to use another court. One gap stands out. The terms never name the company. They define Sebuda only as "the entity responsible for operating the Sebuda Platform." Still, you can count on a company you can look up and a clear legal home for any claim.

What happens when you buy on Sebuda?

Sebuda acts as the middleman. You pay Sebuda, staff check the seller's logins, you take over the account, and then the seller gets paid.

The how to buy guide sets out the steps. You find an account, chat with the seller and click "Buy with Escrow." You can pay the listed price or offer your own. Once you pay, a Sebuda admin gets the account username, password and original email from the seller. The admin then checks them for security issues.

The how it works page says the admin helps both sides change the credentials within 24 hours. Sebuda's FAQ says a deal can finish in "less than a few hours" if both people are online. Until the deal is resolved, the funds stay under Sebuda's control. Those rules describe the site as "an independent marketplace and transaction intermediary."

Timing depends on the network. For TikTok and X, the buy guide gives buyers seven days to update their login details. For YouTube, a seller who hands over the primary owner email gets paid within 24 hours. If that email is missing, Sebuda adds you as a manager first. Seven days later it makes you primary owner and pays the seller.

Keep every message on the site. The rules say chats on Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord are hard to verify. They also warn that a deal moved off Sebuda may not qualify for escrow protection or refund help. Stay inside the platform and you can count on staff holding your money until the handover checks out.

What fees does Sebuda charge?

Sebuda says sellers pay its fee: 5% of the sale, with a $10 minimum. Its own payment guide also lists a separate percentage at the payment step, so read the total before you send money.

The seller side is clear. Sebuda's seller guide states the 5% commission and the $10 floor, and says sellers get paid in under 24 hours. The FAQ agrees that commission comes "from seller side after transaction done." Sellers can also buy a Paid Boost, which puts a listing "at the top of the seller list." So the first accounts you see may be boosted ones.

The buyer side is less clear. Sebuda's payment guide says, "If you choose crypto, the tax would be 9 percent." For bank payments, it says "the tax is 21 percent." The guide does not say what that rate is charged on. The FAQ, for its part, says commission comes only from the seller, so check the final figure on the payment screen.

Payment choices are narrow. The buy guide lists Tether, USDC or a bank transfer, and no card. Bank payments can take three to five business days to arrive. The transaction rules warn that crypto sent on the wrong network "may be permanently unrecoverable."

One more cost sits in the fine print. Fund a deal and then go silent, and Sebuda can cancel it ten days after a warning. It can also pay the seller up to $10 from your money. Stay away 30 more days and it may also take an inactivity fee of up to $50.

For fee setups at other boards, read our DealBaron review and our look at SWAPD's staff-run checkout. On Sebuda, you can count on a stated seller fee and written rules you can read before you pay.

What are Sebuda's refund and dispute rules?

Sebuda considers refunds only while a deal is still open, and normally not once you have changed the account. The FAQ says a return is possible "During transaction" but "not after it."

The clock is short. The inspection period in the rules normally gives the buyer one hour "from receiving functional access" to inspect the account and flag a problem. That hour is for looking, not editing. A new password, username, email or post all count as a "Material Change."

After that, the rules say Sebuda "will normally not accept cancellation or refund requests submitted after Material Changes." A message to the seller does not count as a request. You have to reach the Admin Team through the site's own chat.

The rules for buyers add that "Cancellation Is Not Automatic." Staff weigh each request on its evidence. The transaction rules call the outcome the platform's "final internal administrative decision." Legal rights that cannot be signed away still apply. The rules also say a finished deal is no promise about how the account holds up later.

There is one more mismatch to know about. The buy guide asks buyers to check "16 security tips" within 24 hours. The rules still set one hour as the default. Report any problem inside that first hour and you meet both deadlines.

The upside is a clear script. Record your screen as you log in, since the rules list screen recordings as evidence. Check the email, the stats and any warnings. Message the admin inside the first hour if anything is off. Do that, and you can count on a formal review while Sebuda still holds the funds.

What do Sebuda reviews say?

Trustpilot gives you no score to lean on. On 14 September 2026, Sebuda's Trustpilot page showed no rating at all, only a notice that the profile had been removed.

The notice reads, "The business you're trying to find goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot." Trustpilot does not say which rule applied. Its policy on ineligible businesses says it may "remove and block the business from our platform."

Scamadviser's automated check is kinder. When checked on 14 September 2026, Scamadviser's page rated sebuda.com "Very Likely Safe". It points to a valid SSL certificate, a domain several years old and positive reviews it found. It also lists two negatives. The owner hides behind a paid WHOIS service, and many low-rated sites share its server. The report says it was last updated a month ago.

Sebuda's FAQ answers the trust question like this: "you can read reviews and investigate about us anywhere you like." With the Trustpilot page gone, that is hard to do. So judge Sebuda on its written rules and on each seller's record. That record is the one thing you can count on seeing before you pay.

What do real Sebuda listings show?

Listings show plenty of data, but much of it comes from the seller. Sebuda checks that the seller controls the account and reviews it before listing, while the seller's own claims are yours to test.

The ownership step is real. The seller guide says proof of ownership is required for every account. The seller pastes a Sebuda code into the account's bio. The how Sebuda works page adds that "The SeBuDA team reviews each account before listing it." Audience details such as top country and gender are optional and typed in by the seller.

The rules for buyers set the limits. They call Sebuda's checks "a point-in-time review rather than a guarantee." Seller statements stay the seller's job unless Sebuda marks them as verified.

On 14 September 2026, the first page of the TikTok catalog included a 1,000-follower account at $50. The same page showed a 15.2 million-follower account at $50,000. Elsewhere, a 10,500-follower fashion account was $200 and a 41,100-follower account was $2,000. Yet a 347,800-follower business account asked just $696. Each seller picks a number, so follower count and price barely match.

The detail page tells you more than the card. A $59 TikTok account joined in April 2026 and has 415 total likes. Sebuda's analysis panel shows 0 of its 20 videos analyzed. The seller's description still promises "100% Organic Followers." The seller has a "Verified seller" badge and 0 successful escrows. The seller behind that $696 business account also showed 0 successful escrows and had joined Sebuda 9 days earlier.

The YouTube catalog looked much the same. A 1.1 million-subscriber channel was $2,500, though its listing gives a join date of April 2026. An 895,000-subscriber channel was $1,999. A 3,500-subscriber channel was listed at $1,000, and a 12,000-subscriber one at $80. The listing for a 286,000-subscriber channel asks $1,600, files it under TikTok and shows no monetization field.

So treat each card as a lead, not a verdict. Our TikTok account worth calculator and YouTube channel value tool give you a fair range before you make an offer. On Sebuda, you can count on enough public data to ask the seller sharp questions.

Which is better for you, Sebuda or a fixed-price store?

Sebuda suits a buyer who wants a wide choice and will vet each account alone. A fixed-price store suits a buyer who wants one checked account at one price, with full credentials delivered within 24 hours.

Sebuda's strength is range. It covers five networks plus special usernames, and its buy guide lets you make offers and study detailed stats. A buyer who reads analytics well and can act inside one hour will get value from that. To weigh other options, see our lists of the top sites for buying TikTok accounts and places to buy YouTube channels. Buyers who want more open boards can start with our Fameswap alternatives.

A direct store takes the stranger out of the deal. At MonetizedNow, we own every account we sell, so there is no seller to chase. Pick up a monetized TikTok account for $197. For a pre-grown TikTok, the price is $97. An aged TikTok costs $57.

YouTube follows the same pattern. A monetized YouTube channel costs $499, a pre-grown one costs $97, and an aged one costs $57. There are no offers to haggle over and no one-hour clock.

The bottom line on Sebuda: a real Dutch marketplace with public rules and thin cover after the first hour. Our store works the other way round. We check every account before it goes on sale. Full credentials are delivered within 24 hours. Your purchase is backed by a 7-day money-back plus a 30-day account guarantee. That is cover you can count on from the first click.

No offers. No one-hour clock.

TikTok accounts and YouTube channels we check ourselves, each at one set price. Full credentials arrive inside 24 hours, and every order is covered by a 7-day money-back plus a 30-day account guarantee.
